Brad Williams

Bradley T. Williams is the Co-founder of Business Resources Alliance Group, LLC doing business as The Alternative Board – West Fairfax-Alexandria. With over 35 years of experience in the Retail, Financial Services, and High Technology industry segments, Brad was a senior executive responsible for sales, sales management, finance, consulting and strategic planning activities at such companies as Zales Jewelers, UCCEL, (acquired by Computer Associates), and Computer Sciences Corporation.

Brad’s consulting expertise is concentrated in the areas of consultative sales, sales compensation development, strategic business planning, and business process reengineering.
Prior to founding Business Resources Alliance Group, Brad was the President of Strategic Resources Alliance, a consulting firm established in 2001 with clients in the Financial Services, Semi-conductor, Steel Manufacturing and Print industries. Brad is a graduate of The University of Texas, where he majored in finance.

Mary Polsley Williams

Mary Polsley Williams is the co-owner of The Alternative Board West Fairfax-Alexandria.

Our mission is to help provide creative solutions to privately held businesses in the areas of sales, sales management, marketing, strategic planning, finance/budget management, business managment, business process reengineering, product management, project planning, and other management challenges. We help business owners and executives meet their business and personal goals through peer-board interaction, management and employee assessments, strategic planning, and one on one executive coaching.

Prior to The Alternative Board, Mary was the CEO of Strategic Resources Alliance (SRA), a consulting services company. SRA services included sales consulting, sales forecasting, business process reengineering, business and strategic plan development, project planning and budget management.

Before owning her own business, Mary spent 35 years in senior management positions in the financial services industry. During that time she garnered experience and expertise in sales, strategic planning, finance, product management, compliance management, operations, contract negotiations, and government relations.

Mary is a graduate of the Consumer’s Bankers Association Graduate School of Retail Bank Management, University of Virginia and the Columbus Business University.
