A member since 2016, Pablo shared his thoughts: “When I started my Mr. Handyman franchise business in early 2016, I was wearing several hats at the same time with no time to really focus on strategies, financial planning and operations, I was always behind my “to do” list. When I joined TAB, I made the commitment to be prepared on several issues of my business, I started planning, taking some time to review and build my financials, tracking my KPI’s and working on my strategic plan. Attending Board meetings makes me accountable, prepared, and willing to listen and share experiences with fellow business owners that face exactly the same issues that I do. Working on my Strategic Plan, setting goals and tracking them have helped me succeed in my career and business.”
